The hotel offered a spacious and modern room with direct pool access, but unfortunately it wasn't ready upon arrival. The service was fantastic thanks to the always helpful and awesome staff. The location was breathtaking, although a bit farther from the airport. The dining experience in the lovely beach restaurant was top-notch, despite some disappointing aspects. Overall, a memorable stay with some minor drawbacks.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was excellent, especially the Ocean Front Suite we booked, and the large balcony was a major plus. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly nice, clean, and quiet. We had plenty of space, an extremely comfortable king bed, awesome air conditioning, and a nice sized patio with table and chairs. The room also had steamers, hair dryers, toothbrushes, bath kits, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and the most plush bath towels ever. We stayed in a Junior Suite Garden View with a lovely view of a swim-up pool that was available to us all the time.
